Just noticed Katatonia is in the request list, last I heard they were on an indefinite Hiatus.
Edit: I'm fond of a lot of those three-peaters and would be 100% about all of them coming back. Especially Tyr, Amorphis, and Orphaned Land. -

The only real solution is a larger boat with more rooms. It's what happened last time The Boat was selling out of most of the available rooms too quickly. I liked the falls excursion, but that's probably because I already like climbing waterfalls. We did make friends with a couple of intrepid Germans who we ended up partying with for the rest of the cruise, though. Bring a sleeping bag, sleep on the balcony (if you book a balcony room). Falling asleep listening to bands from the pool deck and waking up to the rising sun over the ocean is a pretty phenomenal experience.
Also, camelbaks are your friend when you make port. -

I really enjoyed being in a balcony room. I slept outside one night, and it was pretty goddamned grand. It'll be better this year, too, because I'll have the forethought to bring a sleeping bag to make it a bit more comfortable.
Slightly more expensive, totally fucking worth it. -
