It will be interesting to see how much effect Irma has on 70k plans. My impression after 3 cruises is that RC maintains a lot of the port infrastructure that the boat docks at. I could be totally wrong but I'd imagine that even if the port takes heavy damage, it will probably be rebuilt much faster...
