    Haggard

    by Metaladdict187 » Wed Apr 09, 2014 3:38 pm

A quick question. I discovered Haggard because of the cruise. I do not own any of their music yet. Which of their CDs is a "must own"?????

I find "Awaking The Centuries" and "Eppur Si Muove" to be equally very good. I hope that they will be on the next cruise.

Eppur Si Muove gets my vote.

Man, were they good on the last cruise.
I should get around to updating my signature

    I did start with
'Awaiking the Gods (live in Mexico)', even when I'm not the biggest fan of live albums, this one got me hooked to Haggard.
the old ones 'And thou should trust' and 'awaiking the centuries' have some killer song on them I wouldn't want to miss
I guess you have to get them all

They will not. Bands can play the cruise every other year but not twice in a row!

Unless a new rule gets made but so far since the beginning that is how it goes

Of course it's the best week of the year. How could any week be better than having bands playing all day long, on a giant luxurious ship with a bunch of nice people ?

Yeah it must be great to see those "cruise friends" after a year of waiting. Won't happen for me since it's going to be my first, but I'm sure the first cruise was a good time for everyone.

By the way, on a totally different subject, I get why you like Sabaton that much. After seeing them last Wednesday, I listened their entire discography twice, looked every fan-made video on youtube and even learned to play "Gott Mit Uns" on guitar. So far they are my revelation of the year and I look foward to see them as soon as possible.

They just have such amazing energy live and are really funny and nice guys. It is just a good time all around. I had only found out about Sabaton 4 years ago when they were announced on the ship. I saw their first set on broad and fell in love instantly.... 21 times later.. here I am wanting more... I can not wait to hear the new album in full!!!!!!
