Since you have said that your baby is to be a girl my first pick would be Rhiannon for no other reason than this,
    http://youtu.be/py3w5fttedA
because it is one of my favorite songs by one of favorite songstresses.
Other girl names are many that I have but some other top choices are Colbie, Anastasia, Alexandra, and for true girl power name her Xena. ;-)
No matter what name you pick just make sure her name flows with your last name.

You child should take their name via the Iron Price. First toddler he/she kills. The child takes that name. On a related note, 2 weeks ago I became an uncle to little baby Odin. No, I'm not kidding.

with the ä? also do you know in Finnish the "y" would be kinda like the English "u"? so you'd say it "Keulen"...of course NO one would know that, so would you pronounce it like the name Dylan? or like Kie-lan?

Nice name and congrats again to you and your wife on expecting your first child. :D The decision to have children in the first place is of course a big one and is clearly not everyone's desire. ;) Yet for those who do decide to have children, I believe it is a great and worthwhile journey.

On a related note, a question literally jumped in my head prominently today that I had perhaps not hitherto given a great deal of thought to. And the question was this: what was the happiest day of my life? The day our first daughter was born. Prior to that date, I'd have said my wedding day, but the "two who became three" day trumped that....a perfect manifestation of so many things combined. And one of her (three) names is Joy. :D

Best wishes for much joy. :D

    Well,
If you’re a Minnesotan her name would mostly likely be pronounced Ki-Lon or Kay-Lon. The Y pronounced as an “I” and the ä as a short o (as in “on”). When I first saw the name, my thought was Kaylan. :?

I really had to laugh at this because when Sabaton last played here in St. Paul and Joakim spoke about Minnesota, he enunciated it the exact same way that we do. I just went “Oh my God”, he’s talking Minnesotan. LOL
I have always known that the so called Minnesota accent was derived down form the Swedish and German immigrates when speaking in English but to hear it spoken so clearly from Joakim, he had really brought it all back home. :D
Oh, and if Mr. New England (Mooyagi) decides to chime in, he better take a good listen to his own area of the USA. LOL :D :D :D

Thanks! It wasn't much of a choice though, a fellow forumite forced me to do it! I was no match for the Wizard Beast.

    It's a good name.

    Conrgatulations! :bangers: :bangers:
    70K 2013 SURVIVOR (Cabin 2120)
    70K 2014 SURVIVOR (Cabin 2565)

    In perpetual post-cruise depression/pre-cruise anxiety.

Doing my best to be there for 2015.
