Miami Meet Up 22/01

Hi folks! My first time here in this very metal place!

Me, my missus and my friend are heading over from the UK for our first US trip and for this epic beast of a festival. We'll be staying on South Beach Miami the night before, wondering if anyone wants to meet up for a few drinks?

Anyone want to show a couple of english guys a norwegian lady how to enjoy Miami?

Also.. 70000 ton's is gonna blow my face clean off. I cannot wait

Pretty much everyone will be meeting up at the unofficial pre-party the night before the cruise. There is also a beach party being set up prior to this also. Not sure about the details for that though.

Well you are in for a real treat then.

If you haven't read the reviews of the first cruise: It was the greatest time that was ever had. Simply incredible.

This next one should be pretty good too...... anticipation is nearing a fever pitch speaking for myself. CAN'T WAIT!!!

Unlike anything you've ever experienced. The atmosphere is as friendly as could be. So many awesome people on this forum and on the ship.

to have some beer together. For us its the first cruise (for me not the first USA trip).
If somebody like to meet us would be nice! will will spend 3 nights at Casablanca hotel.

Miami is the most un metal city on the east coast. It is only metal when we all arrive there. Otherwise its Donn, Eric and some dude in FT Lauderdale representing the cruise. Then we have others north from there (Kev, Nicole, etc)

Trust me Scott, there are far more than 3 people representing the Metal scene around here. Probably more like 8

Anyway, if there are any of you in town on Friday January 20th, then you should join a number of us for this little gathering of fiends (if you aren't planning to already):

Flanigan's Shenanigans Kickoff (Food & Drinks)
Where: Flanigan's Bar & Grill - 2721 Bird Ave, Miami, FL 33133 - 6pm
Members attending: 57 (and counting)

The place stays open until 5am, and they have their Happy Hour until 7pm (all drinks half price). They have a legal capacity of 115 people, so at this rate, we'll already be occupying half the place.
