AnacrusisVOX wrote:The highlights for me were definitely both Metal Church sets, which were the only two sets I think I saw beginning to end. I saw most of Rage's 2nd set (another highlight) and Lacuna Coil's theater set. I also watched most of Kreators Pool set and chunks of a few others.
I personally think there should be fewer bands (maybe 30-ish?) with a bit of time between to actually be able to see full shows without either running off before the end or missing the beginning (and having shit seats by the time you get there).
I'm not sure who favors the 24/7 non-stop set times, but I found it almost impossible to see many full shows unless I didn't care about the before or after bands AT ALL and didn't mind hanging around for 30 or more minutes or so before the band started.

Stained Class wrote:...Usually there's enough time between sets to have a quick pee and make it for the start of the next band. If there's less bands there's gonna be less variety and less people will be happy as my hombre pointed out above ^

But on 70K one band ended exactly when the "next" band was set to begin in most cases. Literally impossible to see two full sets in a row.
