Well you know, since I didn't have anything better to do... Are you kidding me, the only way this could have been better was if we had launched some kind of Dethklok themed massacre of the other boats in the harbor.
    Now let's go get banjaxxed.

Well Keith my boy I got to to say even though the line-up this year was a little weak compared to 2011, it was the most fun I ever had.

All the new people I met this year were all cool as hell, unlike the first cruise where I met quite a few D.B.(male and female).

I'm definitely looking forward to next year.

Didn't beat 2012 for me. Well, in all honesty, it's mainly because the lineup was bad this year. I had lots of fun though.
I got the cruise plague, so wasn't feeling too good on Tuesday, and for some reason the cigarette smoke really got to me this time. Ruined the all-star jam and I couldn't even go to the karaoke because of it.

But yes, it still was worth it. And I got to spend the week afterwards in Miami with my family.

I imagine tickets will go on sale by June or before so, hopefully your ready to book as it will sell out of cheaper cabins first.

But remember, there's always people dropping out, and cheap cabins become available even a few weeks or days before the cruise.

Also read the forums and participate a bit more Keith, there are plenty of reviews and infos, probably don't need to start a new topic for every question.

It was the most comfortable, luxurious and best festival on which I have ever been. I would like to come back in 2014. Thanks to everyone involved.

What could be better than metal, a clean bed, clean toilet and shower and good food around the clock. Also great the drinks service.

    I am enthusiastic. :wank:
Metal is forever! Peace for all - Fuck fanatics.

^ Agreed. Wake up hungover and think "god damn, today is going to be a write-off"

Walk out onto the pool deck, feeling like crap, coffee in hand - Caribbean sun, live metal... hangover instantly gone.

I think we've discovered the miracle hangover cure!

I have to agree. I was SOOOO hungover on Thursday on the ship and I didn't think I could make it, but as soon as I got on the Pool Deck for Arkona that morning, I knew all I had to do was make sure I was always at a show that day so I didn't feel my hangover!!!!

The best was Ensiferum on Tuesday Pool Deck. There are pictures of me near death right before they came on. But while they were playing, the hangover completely went away and I was right in the pits. Heavy Metal sure does wonders :beerbang:

Me and a guy from Canada were thinking about hiding in the life jacket boxes to stay on board. So I think this says enough about how much fun I've had on this (my first) cruise. Before the cruise I told my friends I'll do this only once...just for the experience. But now, there's no way for me to miss the next cruise (cruises?)

It was my first cruise so i don't know anything about the band qualities of the first two cruises but I liked many of the sets I attended. But for me everything was perfect: the music, the ship and the people I've met. Unfortunenately I missed to try the dining room and never saw the Viking Crown Lounge. So I've got plans for 2014

    70k 2014 - Cabin 4523
    70k 2015 - Cabin 3254
    70k 2016 - Deck 8

I feel like that is how it is for mostly everyone - once you go, you can't stop!!!! It is such a wonderful and unique experience. There is SO MUCH to do on the ship that each you you can do one more thing different - For me.. I have never been in the hot tubs on the ship and I would LOVE to experience that - I also have never sat down and had dinner -

    !!!!!!! 2014 can't come soon enough

the fancy dinner was amazing. normally fancy dress required restaurant for regular cruises, this time black shirts and shorts welcome. the staff was outstanding putting up with chanting, no silverware, and doubling up entrees for anyone who asked! :bangers:
