Nah, we usually distinguish "food" from "Mexican food". But we make it more local: Comida Yucateca, Comida Oaxaqueña, Carnes sonorenses, Barbacoa de Hidalgo, Chapulines de Oaxaca... :ugeek: :ugeek:

They'll probably have sea food there, anyway. Maybe some weird tacos for gringos.

Carne asada, tortillas, rice and beans is quite common here. Though maybe you are thinking of tortilla chips?

Anyway, yes, <3 Mexican food <3

Hope ya all will have fun though!!

My plan for the stop is get off boat, have a beer or two, see if I can find some decently real Mexican food, get back on boat and relax

This sounds like a good plan :). I want to see the ruins but if we don't do that we will try to find some good Mexican food

Just booked mine! I need to go a little easier on the rum this time, I missed most of Wednesday night last year because I hit the wall after being drunk for about 5 days straight at that point...
