No complaint - the app is awesome - just in case you need feedback on bugs.
Thanks a lot for coding this app - keep up the great work!
Edit: I'm using Android 6 on a Samsung Galaxy S5 LTE

It was 2:38 a.m. Eastern Time and my notification was 2:55 a.m. also.Right now my posts are timed one hour ahead because I haven't done time change to fall back.As for people who didn't get push notifications, maybe you have a silent time and the app didn't push because of that.Andy's later post time for this one.

Memnoch, your a bit of a computer guy, correct?
I found this article that I believe would effect Android more the iPhone and 'might' explain the issues. What do you think, it is a technical article aimed at developers and network folks.

It does look like the problem is on Google's end. The Einherjer notification did come through, and there's been no changes to any of the Android services (that I can find) between the last two announcements. The only one that could cause problems on my device is the disabled Google Hangouts, but then again my phone isn't rooted. I enabled the completely useless Hangouts anyhow, so let's see if that fixes the issues (only did it now after the Einherjer announcement).
Memnoch wrote:Aaand no notification this time either. There was an update to the OS today, but I didn't see anything that could change the odd behavior.
slayergeek wrote:The feature I am most likely to introduce will be adding a 'notes' field to the band details screen. This will allow people to jot down and view their own notes on the band.
TPH wrote:Since 2 or 3 days ago, I started receiving alerts about bands going to play. I looked at the new option for using last year's calendar, and it was deactivated, so I cheked and unchecked it. I still received alerts, so I unchecked absolutely all boxes in the options fields...then, last night, I've received an alert about a Meet&Greet
I uninstalled the app, I still have a few months before the next cruise anyway.
