Damian was great, both as a singer and as a person to have a super cool conversation with. But I have to admit that Glynn sounds absolutely superb in the new album. Can't wait to see how they do live with this change.

Threshold is a solid add, had a lot of fun seeing them last time they were on board.

Not sure how much of a clue the next one has besides the "A". Lots of A bands I'd like to see added though: Abbath, After Forever (reunion), Agalloch (reunion), Ahab, Amon Amarth, Anaal Nathrakh, Animals As Leaders, Apocalyptica

At this point though, all I'd really like to see added to the line-up is some symphonic stuff, like Nightwish, Epica, Leaves' Eyes, Delain, Within Temptation, Xandria. Something along the same lines as those bands if not one them.

Also really really really hope Finntroll get added. I've wanted to see them for years and they would bring more folk stuff to round out the line-up.

I've learned to stop getting my hopes up for an Amon Amarth announcement but I've gotta admit I still get excited every time there is a chance. It'd be fucking amazing if Andy ever pulls it off.

I'd be really fucking happy with Abbath, Autopsy, or Abysmal Dawn as well

Threshold is solid. UMC should put them on a beer restriction, though.

Lots of "A" bands that would be, uh, A-list bands for me. Not gonna get my hopes up for Amon Amarth but that would be really awesome.

With "dawn" in the clue (well, maybe) this is a real possibility, plus they're getting a "push" for college rock/metal radio right now with a new release, so......yeah. I could definitely see this.

Epica and Nightwish are out. I'd settle for Lacuna Coil, Sirenia and CRIPPER!

Bahahaha! I remember when Finntroll played the first cruise... The bassist was so drunk during their Pool Deck set that he could hardly play.

Too many great "A" bands to name all the ones I'd like, but: ABSU would be fantastic, as would Aeon. Abysmal Dawn fits the clue. It would also be cool to get Angelus Apatrida. It never happens, but it'd be cool.

I'm glad Threshold got announced, that's a solid pizza band for me. I met one of their guys in Jamaica on our falls climb thing, he was cool, very mellow or tired, not sure which. I don't hate their music, but it's very skippable for me.

I think Amberian Dawn looks completely goofy and is turbo weenie, but no complaints, I'll need the downtime.

I really am not into Suicide Silence, I don't even know what they've been up to in recent years. When it comes to US radio metal announcements, I'd say Chimaera and DevilDriver were still better choices than Suicide Silence. Maybe that's just my nostalgia talking, though. I already moved pretty far from mainstream stuff by the time Suicide got popular.

Suidakra, Solstice, probably a bunch of other bands... I dunno. Shade Empire would be fucking excellent. I got into them in the past couple months, they have a new album, it's all great.
