2.5 songs of drunken hilarious garbage pulled out of their ass then stumbled off stage. Best show if the cruise. Feel bad for the drummer/bass and that dude trying to fill in on vocals. They will never be invited back.

In 2017, most of the bands I cared about played identical or mostly identical sets (with glorious exceptions like Amorphis and Draconian). Did anyone else notice a shift towards more unique sets in 2018, or is this just an artifact of the particular bands I happen to be paying attention to?

It was pretty awesome, actually. Because they opened with Lion From the North.

They played that in Van last night, it was incredible, I got rowdy. It would be a sweet opener.

No points for seniority, eh?
Their cover of Silver Machine is killer!

No kidding. I didn't know before the cruise that they had covered "Silver Machine"...so naturally I dug it out and played it on our radio show last Saturday.

“Long live Lemmy”, as they said.
Somehow, after 30+ years listening to them, it was my first time seeing them live, and I was blown away.
Snake looked like a madman on stage, a crazy mix between Ozzy, Terry Gilliam, and the Joker from Batman
