cowboy71 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 12, 2019 3:38 pm So, what do you think it will be?
Will it be like the earliest (apart from cruise one when the first announcement was over a year from sailing), which was the 2015 cruise when the first announcement was mid March, 313 days from sailing?
OR, will it be like the latest, 2019, when the first announcement was not until the very end of August, a mere 154 days from the sailing?
I am going to be SUPER optimistic, going with an end-March date for the first announcement. I think 70K #10 is going to be big, its going to be special, and its going to be a year long celebration from now until sailing with everything super smooth, regular updates, lots of puppies, kittens and unicorns.

#RoundX is going to be so special that you are going to shit your pants when the announcements come. Does that ring a bell?

Hopefully they give it some time before going into 2020 mode. I need some time for the bank account to recover.Downvod wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 3:30 am They are already WAY ahead of schedule compared to last year. The Artists page is cleared less than 2 weeks later. This didn't happen until late August last year, I believe. They are also teasing 2020 heavily on social media. It is usually quiet around this time, or they are back to the usual BS generic posts. Something is already feeling 'different' leading into next year.
I second this. While I'd love announcements sooner, I just dropped $2600 on the Star Trek cruise and a couple months before having to pay for 70k would be nice.mooyagi wrote: ↑Sat Feb 16, 2019 9:21 amHopefully they give it some time before going into 2020 mode. It is more expensive due to the fact that they are scheduled to boldly go where no one has gone before.
This will actually be my 3rd time attending. I went earlier this year and the one prior, first year sold out before I could book. It's really fun if you're into Star Trek, kind of like a floating con. I'm thrilled they are moving it to Royal Caribbean cause Norwegian is nice, but I like RCCL much better. I'm also glad they pushed it to March so that it won't be so close to 70k. This year we considered 70k, but with Star Trek, plus a 2 week Panama Canal cruise later this month, it was just a lot all at the beginning of the year.Pellaz wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 4:07 pmWe want a full report on that, please.
(I was amazed at how much more expensive Star Trek: The Cruise is, compared to 70K.)
