Yet he's been on the cruise already twice with Twilight of the Gods.

As they don't need work visas for the cruise, why would that matter?

Bands will usually do the cruise for cheaper just cus they wanna do it. If they can afford Nightwish/Apocalyptica/Anthrax etc they can afford Amon Amarth. I've also heard of bands saying they would never do the cruise and then doing it multiple times. I wouldn't rule out either of those. Unlikely, sure, but not completely ruled out. Same as Epica.

So I guess that means Metallica is ruled out too. :(

I heard from two different Nightwish crew people that they won't be ready yet.

We'd still use red for "officially ruled out" and green for confirmed bands....whenever Andy gets around to booking 'em.

Also Floor just had a baby? Typically a year old baby is not a good thing to fly across the continent and spend five days working on a loud boat filled with metalheads.

it makes Symphony X highly unlikely, but it also puts Adrenaline Mob on the radar:
explaining that he is "a hundred percent committed" to his other band ADRENALINE MOB.

I have tallied 5,088 individual band requests for 2018 in my spreadsheet thus far, and can confirm that there has not been a single request for Adrenaline Mob
