Unfortunately(?), they are still unsigned, and I think the lack of label push is why they are not nearly as well known as they ought to be, and hence why they are less present in request lists. I suspect they would be very popular with many cruisers if they heard them.

More Wilderun love here! I also love Wilderun! Holy fuck, that new album isn't symphonic metal, it's a goddamn symphony that happens to be metal. I would LOVE for them to be onbroad.

As to why they're not signed, indie bands get to keep more of their money in an industry that has thousands of greedy middlemen. A lot of musicians stay indie by choice.

my wish list is pretty small, considering many bands have been ruled out, and some of the announced ones.

Abbath, Batushka (The real one, not gonna happen), Carpathian Forest, Decapitated, Destroyer 666, Enisum, Gatecreeper, Hypocrisy, Immortal, Jinger, King Diamond, Kreator, Mgła, Napalm Death, Obscura, Satyricon, Taake, Vader, Watain.
Most of these guys don't come to the states. Well Gatecreeper is from here, but I don't think I'm going to get to see them when they tour.

I'm omitting a bunch of bands I've already seen. Not that I wouldn't want to see them again, it's not just a "wish list" kinda thing

Wasn't a fan of their first album but damn the two tracks I've heard off the new album are awesome.
