Such a waste of B...
Totally! Behemoth, Blind Guardian, Be'lakor...
and to be honest the lamest stretch of announcements since years. i just expected much more for an anniversary....
i know i can spend my money somewhere else, but i wanted to go and i had trust...
I agree 100 % , I had much higher expectations and TRUST also , I only really like 5 of the 50 bands !!!!!! , for 2 set bands !
The way things were done this year a damper was put on the whole thing !
For 10 year anniversary had much higher expectations !
see my rank bank scores I have the lowest scores of bands to see , by my own personal taste !
The Thing is i try to see it as objective as i can: The last cruises had some 6-8 "bigger" bands, for example:
2015 we had Blind Guardian, Behemoth, Apocalyptica..
2016 we had Cradle of Filth, Children of Boom, Iced Earth, Paradise Lost and also Hammerfall
2017 we had Anthrax, Arch Enemy, Testament and some more
2018 we had Kreator, Sabaton, Sepultura, Meshuggah...
2019 Accept, Paradise Lost and Obituary...with Eluveitie and Rage as surprising headliners..at least for me...
2020 we have....by my opinion just Emperor. thats it. Michael Schenker as a headliner is really a stretch...Devin could be but is also not a big name...venom maybe because they are 2015....
Don't get me wrong, i like smaller names, totally....but paying THIS much money everybody can and should expect more. much more...i have more than 5 bands i like, but really feel a little bit "bad" i didnt go 2019.
Also i totally see cowboy71: united nations of metal, bands from all over the world and a lot of genres: not too much this time..
Also i just don't get why this was not planned waaaay before. health is always more important, it really is, but still it all seems strange (i know it was mentioned before ;-) )
