What does it cost and what is included in the price?
All ticket prices are PER PERSON, plus taxes and fees PER PERSON. You must add the PER PERSON ticket price and the Taxes and Fees to calculate the TOTAL cost PER PERSON. To see current prices and available categories, please click here.

All shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, port charges, service charges, government taxes, meals, un-bottled non alcoholic and non carbonated beverages, daily room service and on board entertainment are included in the Ticket Price.

Please note fees may apply, but continental breakfast, when served, is always complimentary. Any purchases and services of personal nature, such as services at the day spa, phone and internet access etc. are NOT included in the Ticket Price.

How many people can stay in a cabin and what if I travel alone?
A DOUBLE/TWIN cabin can occupy a maximum of two (2) people. A TRIPLE cabin can occupy a maximum of three (3) people. A QUAD cabin can occupy a maximum of four (4) people. Cabin configurations for these cabins are viewable in the Deck Plans as well as our Pricing page.

5 bed, 6 bed, 7 bed, and 8 bed staterooms and suites will have different configurations depending on their category. Please refer to the Pricing page for more configuration information on suites.

If you travel alone and want a cabin to yourself, you may book a DOUBLE/TWIN cabin. Please note that you need to pay for the full occupancy of the cabin (including all taxes and fees).

If you travel alone and do not want to pay for the full occupancy of the cabin, you may book a SINGLE TICKET in a DOUBLE/TWIN, TRIPLE or QUAD cabin and share your cabin with other guests for a USD 100.00 surcharge. We will match you with other single travelers strictly of the same gender. SINGLE TICKETS are only available in select categories. You can make your payments directly to Ultimate Music Cruises Europe Ltd. and do not have to rely on travel companions that may decide not to come later on. How do I add passengers to my cabin?
You can add new passengers to your Private Cabin by clicking on the link in the Booking Confirmation eMail that we sent you, or by visiting www.addpax.com. Please note that only the Lead Passenger can add passengers to an existing reservation.
What information will I need to place my reservation?
Before making your reservation, please make sure you have all of the following information from all of your guests:

– Full LEGAL name
*IMPORTANT: Please provide your LEGAL name EXACTLY as it appears in the Machine Readable Section on your Passport / Gov’t issued Photo ID!*
– Date of Birth
– Citizenship
– Address
– Phone Number
– eMail Address

You will be asked to provide an emergency contact person (1 per cabin). If you are unsure of who your additional passengers will be at the time of booking, you can create a placeholder on the reservation and submit their information at a later time. Complimentary name and placeholder changes will be accepted until October 29, 2023. All name additions and changes made after this date will be subject to the Guest Change Fee of USD 100.00 per person per cabin.

How old do I have to be?
Guests are required to be twenty-one (21) years old (on embarkation day) to travel in their own cabin. Guests under the age of twenty-one (21) must be accompanied in the same stateroom by an individual twenty-one (21) years or older.

For passengers that will be under the age of eighteen (18) on embarkation day and will NOT be traveling with their Parent or Legal Guardian with the same last name, a notarized letter of permission signed by their Parent or Legal Guardian MUST be present at the time of boarding, along with proper travel documentation. Can I attend if I am pregnant or just had a baby?
Guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise or cruise tour will NOT be permitted to sail.

Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least six (6) months old as of the first day of the cruise. For more information on the infant policy please view the Age Requirements.

Are there wheelchair accessible cabins available?
There are wheelchair accessible cabins on Decks 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12. Please note that these are mainly DOUBLE/TWIN cabins, however some of the staterooms on Decks 9, 10 and 12 are QUAD and 6 BED. Please contact us to determine which of these cabins are available.
When Can I Check In?
Fully booked and paid passengers will receive their invitations for Online Check-in via eMail about three (3) weeks prior to departure. This eMail will include login credentials with which you can complete your Online Check-in and print your SetSail Passes. You may also do your Check-in at the pier on the day of departure, but you may save time and avoid line-ups by completing Check-in online. We highly recommend that all guests complete their Online Check-In prior to arriving at the terminal on embarkation day.
How do I purchase Shore Excursions?
You can purchase Shore Excursions that are offered by the Cruise Line via the Online Cruise Planner, which you can access 2 – 3 weeks before sailing, or by visiting the Explorations Desk on Deck 5 of the ship once you are on board.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Because of the nature and uniqueness of 70000TONS OF METAL®, there is a strict cancellation policy. If you have to cancel your cruise, you may request a full refund of your payments, less an USD 100.00 per Passenger, if you notify us in writing up to and until October 29, 2023. Additional cancellation fees apply after this date. Please consult the Terms & Conditions page for complete details. Ultimate Music Cruises Europe Ltd. STRONGLY RECOMMENDS that all passengers purchase Travel Insurance.

Please note that Travel Insurance is not included in your reservation. The purchase of insurance is the sole responsibility of each passenger and is not offered through 70000TONS OF METAL® or UMCruises International Ltd. It is up to each guest to research and decide on a Travel Insurance provider of their choice for insurance should they choose to do so. 70000TONS OF METAL® and UMCruises International Ltd. are not responsible for any losses, medical expenses accrued during travel, and/or any and all deposits, due to lack of travel insurance.

Can I Offset my CO2 Emissions For This Event?
70000TONS OF METAL® partnering with Greentripper Incorporated for 70000TONS OF METAL® 2024. Guests who join in January 2024 will have the opportunity to offset their Carbon use by purchasing an optional Carbon Offset when booking their Stateroom or Single Ticket for 70000TONS OF METAL® 2024.

Guests who are interested in participating in this Carbon Offsetting program can choose to support Greentripper’s climate project by adding the Carbon Offset optional fee during the booking process of 70000TONS OF METAL®. Please note that the Carbon Offset pricing is determined by the category of stateroom or single ticket that is purchased for 70000TONS OF METAL® 2024. Terms and Conditions apply.

The Carbon Offsetting projects are examined annually to ensure that their impact on climate change is truly effective. Carbon credits are issued in this certified system per tonne of CO2 actually reduced. These credits are placed in a register and withdrawn once they are sold, to ensure that they are sold only once.

What is the Survivor Referral program?
The Survivor Referral Program is an incentive program that lets new Sailors who sail on 70000TONS OF METAL® to provide On Board Credit to returning Survivors who are in booked and ticketed reservations for 70000TONS OF METAL® 2024.
How does the Survivor Referral program work?
70000TONS OF METAL® and BARGE TO HELL Survivors can receive USD 50.00 Onboard Spending Credit for every new paying passenger referred that is not part of their own Private Cabin booking.

There is no limit as to how many new passengers each Survivor can refer, but the following rules apply:

– The Survivor must have a booked and paid reservation to be able to receive Survivor Referral Credits. If the Survivor is in an Industry, Press or Crew Cabin they are not eligible for receiving credits for new referrals.
In order to receive the credit, the new Sailors must submit the Survivor’s SURVIVOR NUMBER during the online booking process. Retroactive credits will not be granted.
– All passengers in the new Private Cabin or Single Ticket referred booking must have never sailed on any of our cruises before.
– New Sailors who are booked in Industry, Press or Crew cabins/tickets are not eligible as referrals.
– Cancelled, Transferred or Refunded bookings are not eligible for receiving the credit.

All Survivor Referral On Board Credits will be added to the Survivor’s On Board Expense Account. Any unused credit is forfeited at the end of the event on February 3, 2025. UMCruises International Ltd. reserves the right to adjust, change, add, or remove Survivor Referral Credits at any time for any reason.

These Survivor Referral On Board Credits will be calculated and added to the Survivor’s booking confirmation approximately two weeks before sailing. The credits will be available in the Survivor’s On Board Expense Account starting on the second day of the event.
