MANAGE MY BOOKING

How do I add a passenger to my reservation?
Leading the crew? As Lead Passenger you can easily add or remove passengers through the Manage Passengers section in your account.

Click on the intended passenger space based on your cabin capacity and choose how you’d like to proceed:

Option 1 – Send your passenger an invitation to complete their own details

What is the “Set an Empty Bed” option for?
Need a little extra room to recharge between the Metal Mayhem? The Set an Empty Bed option in the Manage Passengers section lets you mark a bed in your cabin as intentionally vacant.

This option is used when booking a Private Cabin for yourself, or when not all available beds in the cabin will be occupied.

How do I Cancel / what is the Cancellation Policy?
Need to step away from the voyage? As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, only the Lead Passenger is authorized to request a booking cancellation, and written consent may be required.

For complete details, please refer to Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions section on our website or contact us.

How can I transfer my spot in the cabin to another person?
The Lead Passenger of the booking, together with the affected party, must notify the 70000TONS OF METAL crew in writing of their intention to transfer the reserved cabin spot to another person.

Please refer to Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions for more information. As outlined, there are no refunds for partial cancellations and additional fees may apply after certain dates.

IMPORTANT: If the Lead Passenger is unable to attend and wishes to transfer their spot, Lead Passenger status may be transferred to another party with written consent from the 70000TONS OF METAL crew.

Please note that Lead Passenger Transfers made after any pre-sale period will void any Survivor discount applied to the booking.

A USD 300.00 Transfer Fee will be charged to the reservation.

For complete information on Lead Passenger transfers, please refer to Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING PROCESS

What is a Single Ticket?
Rolling solo? A Single Ticket reserves your place in a shared cabin with 2 to 4 Sailors of the same gender, depending on your selected cabin capacity.

Please note that these bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, which means we cannot guarantee cabin assignments with specific individuals. If you’d like to share a cabin with someone in particular, we recommend booking a Private Cabin instead.

Can I book a cabin for just myself?
Absolutely! If you prefer your own space, you may book a DOUBLE/TWIN cabin and apply the Set an Empty Bed option in your booking to indicate Single Occupancy.

Please note that cabins are not designed specifically for Single Occupancy, and the full occupancy of the cabin will need to be covered.
