    the article seems to be just propaganda , it lacks any real substance, why are they being singled out , many bands have extreme positions on many topics , live and let live , you can believe what you want . if you look closely many metal bands embrace extreme points of view on many subjects . if I do not agree with a point of view on any particular band , I still might be a fan anyway .

    I live in the US and am VERY anti fascist.

    Reading this article it seems to be less about them and more about a band that they are friends with. Finnland during World War II was invaded by the Russians and they were very much caught in the middle of communist and fascist aggressions. I do not pretend to understand all the history of Finland, but I know there is a lot to unpack there in that regard and it is very complicated.

    I am not a huge fan of Moonsorrow by any means (not my thing musically), and maybe I am missing something here, but I agree calling them out seems strange. Maybe it's not 100% unwarranted, but if you’re going to make an example of a band being fascist, there HAS to be a better examples than this.

    Metalsucks has had this longstanding "thing" about calling out bands as Nazi or fascist. Occasionally they have a valid point, but usually -- like in this case -- they really don't. Seems to me like the site is trying REALLY hard to virtue-signal.
    They've caused metal shows and entire tours to be cancelled numerous times now, and sadly, it's usually been for bullshit reasons.

    I refuse to support them, and won't pull up their clickbait-y articles. IMO, they lost any semblance of credibility in the metal scene a long time ago. (You CAN find their stuff on archive sites, and thereby avoid giving them any clickthrough revenue.)
