I mean songs from announced bands !

So my wishes are:

Dark Tranquillity - None Becoming
Carcass - The Granulating Dark Satanic Mills
Swallow The Sun - The Giant
Overkill - Necroshine
Fear Factory - Replica (ok should happen, because they will play the whole Demanufacture)

That's not so much, but there aren't so much bands yet.

Good! That leaves plenty of time in the setlist for one of the longer songs. They could knock off 45 just by doing The Odyssey and Divine Wings back to back

So after I listened to Symphony X - The Odyssey, I regret to say again that the instrumental always reminds me of Dream Theater, just not so perfect. The voice I find by far not as good as those of James LaBrie.

But it's ok for me.

I personally find Russell Allen way, way better than LaBrie. But then again, that's just a matter of tastes I guess. And they have very different registers anyway

IMO Romeo > Petrucci, Lepond > Myung, Rullo > Portnoy, Pinella > Rudess.

But I know people will argue with me on that

ok no one is better than Rudess! Petrucci and Romeo have totally different styles but I'd still vote petrucci. Allen is definately better than LaBrie and I don't think i can even think of a symphony x bass line so Myung wins that one for me too haha.

Yeah, the biggest reason I think that is cus Petrucci and Rudess wank way too much, it gets annoying. The rhythm section on this song blows me away more than anything I can remember Dream Theater doing.
