As much as GWAR would be fantastic... I highly doubt it can happen. Have you ever seen the size of the trailer they pull when they're on the road? And imagine the logistics of the setup!

That said, it would be the shit if they played. I'm a long-time fan.. saw them play a fraternity party in '86, if you can believe that! Holy crap, I'm getting old....

More likely are Sonata Arctica or Opeth. They're both popular enough to be considered "Big Guns" and they both have the right holes in their touring schedules... I'd put my money on Sonata Arctica. In fact, I'll bet you a beer. Who will take that bet?

I would love to see gwar on here. That would be a beautiful thing being splattered with blood and guts in the middle of the ocean. The pool deck could easily be hosed off after or the ice rink might be easy to drain and clean after. Or perhaps Gwar will send their human slaves Rawg to come instead.

I would say it is very unlikely that Amaranthe will join the cruise, since they all are at different places around the world and recovering from their 2014 touring.

Do regular cruisers bring their instruments along to jam? I was considering it, but that's a lot of extra work/worry. Although getting some signatures on my guitar would be sweet.
