If they are hinting at a North American festival, then MDF is in the middle of booking bands also.

I'd prefer 70K for them though. Let them do Light of Day... for one set.

The big Australian festival Soundwave will be dropping their first announcement soon.

They would have to fly a few hours for that one

Im sad I can't do Be Prog this year and will miss him there. The fest wanted him last year but he had a conflict. Last summer at SB was fantastic, though. Now for him to come on and do the new Ziltoid.

Anneke would be great. Ok, I kinda liked Devin last year at Summer Breeze, but that's only because Anneke sang in most songs.

As for Swashbuckle/Rainbowdragoneyes. . .one of the reasons I didn't go last year was because I was looking at having Mr. Rainbowdragoneyes be my cabin mate and then he got pulled into a tour last minute. As far as I know, they're keeping their schedule open this year just in case.

Æther Realm posted a cryptic post to their facebook page "How does one "boat"? Someone replied with a 70k link and they liked it back.

Not sure if it is a hint that they are in talks to play or if they want to play and are trying to drum up some interest to get their name out there.

I would love to see them on the boat. Missed them when they came through Toronto a few weeks ago.

A little birdie told me that Avantasia may be announcing a world tour in 2016 today. The tour, as far as I know, will be called "Ghostlights" and start around March(?).

This is all total speculation and I'm not sure how much I trust my sources (ha! I sound like a sports reporter!) but, as I've said from the beginning, I will pay any amount of money to see Avantasia on the boat.

FUCK YEAH!!!! I don't know if Avantasia will be onbroad, but they just confirmed a 3-hour show in Barcelona on March. HELL YES!!!! Insomnium on the boat, Avantasia in Barcelona... I just need Symphony X somewhere and I will be watching my top 3 bands in 2016!

I doubt that Therion would play,this is something like Gloryhammer/Alestorm playing every other year.Chris (from Therion)likes cruising,so he is willing to play for the lower rate LLO would get.The rest of the band likes cruising also,and Chris's girlfriend Mina wasn't on the cruise last year but she is involved with the LLO.I am actually very certain LLO is going to play and yet another reason I should go dammit!

I've noticed that Andy usually books bands that are touring in North America together shortly before or after the cruise. Does this mean than Eluveitie is slightly more likely since they are touring with Epica?
