There are two categories: bodyboard and regular surf. The latter is definitely harder. For the bodyboard, you get the grip of it really quick. I suggest you stard by this one. You can find the timetables on the counter that is just a few meters away from the place, and I'm not entirely sure if they also come in the cruise compass.
