What cool stuff is there to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale areas?

If you wanted to head up to Orlando there is of course Universal and Disney. Both highly enjoyable.

Not quite as far up, you could visit Kennedy Space Center.

Visits to the Everglades always an option.

Or if you ever watched Dexter or Burn Notice you could do a bit of 'location spotting' from those shows around Miami.

If you are into zoos, Miami zoo is meant to be pretty good. Jungle Island is okay too.
