It is just Dino left in the band. Burton said he is no longer part of Fear Factory. Burton did record the vocals for the new album back in 2017.
Was thinking that. Surely due to this year being a no-go, the next lineup will be a complete reset and no-one can be ruled out.
I'd be reallly happy if Andy could just announce that: "Sailors! When we sail next, all bands will be on the table!"
