PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What payment plans do you offer?
For bookings made up to October 15, 2023 you may choose to Pay in Full at the time of booking or in four easy monthly installments.

For the installment plan, you pay a deposit of 25% of the Grand Total Ticket Price at the time of booking and then three additional monthly installments of 25% of the Grand Total Ticket Price 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months from the date of booking.

Bookings made after October 15, 2023 must be paid in full at the time of booking. Please click here to see current prices and available categories. If your initial payment does not meet the minimum payment due at the time of your reservation you will have 48 hours in which to bring your account into good standing or risk cancellation.

If you choose to pay with the installment plan, payments not received by the dates indicated in your Booking Confirmation are subject to a late fee of no less than USD 50.00 per overdue passenger. For further information on late payments please visit the Terms & Conditions page.

What kind of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards (including Visa Debit). Other payment methods like Bank ­to­ Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer) are also welcome. Please note that for bookings using the 4 Easy Installments payment schedule, a Credit Card must be used as payment (including Visa Debit). Can my friend or family member pay for my ticket?
Yes! Your friends or family may submit a payment for your 70000TONS OF METAL® Ticket. If they are paying with a credit card, please click this link here.

They will need to enter your first and last name as well as your Booking Code. Please note that in the case you need to cancel and refund your ticket, the refunded money will go back on the original credit card(s) used to make the payment. If they plan to pay via Bank Transfer and you need to cancel and refund your ticket, please contact us directly via eMail by clicking here.

Can I pay for my friend or family member's ticket?
Yes! You may pay for a ticket that belongs to your friend or family member! Just head over to our payment page here. You’ll need to enter the passenger’s First (Given) and Last (Family) names as well as their Booking Code. Please note that in the case your friend needs to cancel and refund their ticket, the refunded money will go back on the original credit card(s) used to make the payment. If you plan to pay via Bank Transfer and you need to cancel and refund your ticket, please contact us directly via eMail by here.
Help I accidentally overpaid for my ticket! What should I do?
Don’t worry, we can refund you! If you overpaid for your ticket please eMail us with payment details. Click here to go to our Contact Page. Our Customer Service Agents will be more than glad to help you
I chose to pay in Installments. Can I pay ahead of schedule?
Certainly! You don’t have to wait until the posted Due Date to submit your installment payment.
Do you automatically charge my Credit Card for installment payments?
No, we do not auto-charge your Credit Card for installment payments. You’ll need to make each installment payment manually on our Payment Page here.
